Scope
These Terms apply to contracts for organizational, language and practical support with property searches, viewings and purchase processes in Georgia. Any individual written offer or contract takes precedence over these Terms.
A consumer is a natural person entering the contract mainly for private purposes. A business customer enters the contract in the course of a commercial or independent professional activity.

Formation of the contract
Packages shown on this website are not binding contractual offers. Enquiries by WhatsApp, email or phone are without obligation. A contract is formed only when the customer accepts an individual written offer or service agreement.
Before acceptance, the customer receives the agreed scope, total price, possible additional costs, payment terms and, where applicable, cancellation information. Confirmation is provided by email or another durable medium.

Services
The selected package and individual written offer determine the scope. GeorgienPartner must provide the agreed support with reasonable care, but does not guarantee a completed purchase, particular price, increase in value, rental result, or any decision by a seller, bank or authority.
Property information may come from owners, agents, portals, authorities or other third parties. GeorgienPartner reviews evident information within the agreed scope but does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of third-party information.

Prices and payment
All prices shown are final prices. The provider is not registered for VAT in Georgia; VAT is therefore not shown. Payments are made against an invoice or payment request to the stated business account.
- Single viewing (€149), viewing package (€249) and personalized property search (€790): payable before the paid service begins.
- Complete buyer support from €1,990: normally €790 at the start, €600 after the property is selected and €600 before the contract or registration.
- An individual written quote applies to special work or services outside Tbilisi.
Lawyers, translators, surveyors, authority and registry fees, travel outside the agreed area and other third-party services are included only if expressly confirmed in writing. No additional paid service is commissioned without the customer's prior approval.

Customer cooperation
The customer provides accurate and complete information concerning budget, search criteria, identity, financing status and timing. The customer reviews documents and decisions promptly and informs GeorgienPartner of changes.
The customer alone makes the final selection and purchase decision. Independent legal and, where appropriate, technical and tax review is recommended before any purchase.

Viewings and availability
Appointments depend on the availability of sellers, agents and properties. If a property is sold, withdrawn or a third party cancels an appointment, GeorgienPartner will seek a replacement appointment or, within a commissioned search, a suitable alternative. Continuous availability of a particular property cannot be guaranteed.

Independent professional services
GeorgienPartner does not provide legal, tax, financing, construction, architectural or property valuation advice. Independent specialists may be engaged after prior consultation and act under their own responsibility. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, their contract is directly with the customer.
GeorgienPartner does not accept, hold or transfer customer funds intended for a property purchase.

Cancellation right and early performance
Consumers entering a distance contract may have a statutory cancellation right. Details and a model form are provided on the Cancellation information page.
If the customer requests performance before the cancellation period expires, an express statement is required. Following a valid cancellation after performance has begun, proportionate payment may be due for services already supplied. The cancellation right ends on full performance only where the statutory conditions are satisfied.

Termination after the cancellation period
Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected. On later termination, only completed services and approved, unavoidable third-party costs are charged. Prepayments for services not yet provided are refunded. Any different project-specific rule must be expressly agreed before the contract is concluded.

Liability
Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, and wherever liability is mandatory by law. For a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the foreseeable loss typical for the contract. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
GeorgienPartner is not liable for customer decisions, the work of independently commissioned specialists, or third-party property information unless GeorgienPartner is responsible for its own breach of duty.

Applicable law and complaints
Georgian law applies. For consumers, this choice does not remove the protection of mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence. Mandatory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
