Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires fourteen days after the day on which the contract was concluded.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us – Individual Entrepreneur Giorgi Edisherashvili, 2a Ioane Petritsi Street, Apartment 35, Vake-Saburtalo District, Tbilisi, Georgia, email: georgienpartner@gmail.com, phone: +995 598 125 125 – of your decision by a clear statement. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
It is sufficient to send your notice before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you in connection with the cancelled contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. We normally use the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. GeorgienPartner does not charge its own reimbursement fee; unavoidable fees of payment providers may depend on their terms.
If you requested that the service begin during the cancellation period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services supplied before you communicated your cancellation, compared with the full scope of the contract.
Early expiry of the right
For a service contract, the right to cancel ends when the service has been fully performed only if, before performance began, you expressly agreed that the service could start before the cancellation period expired and acknowledged that you would lose the right once the contract had been fully performed.

If work should begin before the fourteen days have expired, please send the following statement in writing after receiving the contract:
“I expressly request that Individual Entrepreneur Giorgi Edisherashvili begin the agreed service before the cancellation period expires. I understand that, if I cancel, I may have to pay for services supplied up to that time. I also understand that my cancellation right ends once the contract has been fully performed.”
