Property in Tbilisi is not a theoretical business for me.
My name is Giorgi Edisherashvili. I am married, a father, and live with my family in Tbilisi. My professional life has been closely connected to property and hospitality for years.
I have personally purchased, renovated and furnished apartments and prepared them for short-term rental. Today, I operate an aparthotel with six individually designed apartments in Tbilisi's historic old town. This means I know the market beyond online listings: which locations guests and buyers value, which costs can arise after purchase, and what to consider when assessing condition, renovation and future use.
Through daily work with international guests, owners, contractors and local service providers, I have built a reliable network. I speak English and German and can explain not only the words, but also the cultural and practical differences behind them.
My goal is not to sell you just any property. I want to be your personal contact on the ground, help you assess offers realistically, avoid unnecessary risks and make a decision that genuinely suits your plans in Georgia.
